...from digital cameras to portable Cd/tape cassette surround sound stereo systems. Normally, I use double A batteries or triple A batteries for my digital camera or TV remote control. Not surprisingly with all the new tech gadgets on the market in the stores, a consumer is able to purchase batteries at many of the local chain stores and grocery stores. In fact, most stores keep batteries near the front of the store close to the checkout counter as reminder to the consumer to purchase additional batteries for their new tech gadget. Eventually, the batteries in many of the new tech gadgets only last either a year and for some tech items the batteries only last a few months, therefore, it is a good idea to purchase additional batteries in case the tech gadget does not include batteries or it's a special type of battery only offered at the store or through the manufacturer. At some point in time, a consumer will have to replace the batteries in their new tech gadget. However, the consumer that doesn't want to continue to purchase batteries select stores sells batteries chargers. As a matter of fact, I purchase batteries throughout year, currently, as part of recycling; I keep a container for all of the batteries that have expired. Above all, besides following the instructions of the correct maintenance procedures required to keep the gadget working properly,as a saftey precaution,it is very important to keep batteries away from extreme heat and to dispose of batteries properly

February 2010 (Product of the Month)

...an American tradition of giving choclate on Valentines Day that the product of the month for February is Ghirardelli Intense Dark Chocolate and the Ghirardelli Dark Raspberry. A fan and lover of Reeses Peanut Butter Cups,instead, this month I made the choice to try a different brand of chocolate.Admittedly,the  taste of both Ghirardelli Intense Dark Chocolate and the Ghirardelli Dark Raspberry is an acquired taste if you're not accustom to eating dark chocolate;however, I enjoyed both chocolate bars plus the packaging makes the bars  a great gift to give, to that special someone.

January 2010(New Year)

During the month of January, I purchased three different  brands of paper of towels. Throughout the years, I have often used paper towels for different applications,for example,  I have used paper towels to wipe my car windows,  to clean counter tops, and to wipe spills up off the the floor. Today, I  still use paper towels for some of the same applications. However,as a safety precaution, I am careful not to place  paper products, specifically, paper towels near the stove or flammable household products.  Normally, I place paper towels in the kitchen as well as in the bathroom for quest to dry their hands. The three brands of paper towels I tested last month was the 7evelen brand,Bounty,and Viva.
